How fast is fast?
Every order is printed to order. Production takes 2 to 7 business days, and then shipping time is added on top of that.
- United States: typically 3 to 5 business days after production
- Canada: typically 6 to 10 business days after production
- International: typically 10 to 20 business days after production
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the print facility.
Where it ships from
Orders are printed and shipped from fulfillment centers in the United States and Europe. Your order is routed to whichever facility is closest to you.
Returns and exchanges
Because every item is made for you after you order it, we do not accept returns for a change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order.
We will absolutely make it right if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The print is defective, misaligned, or the wrong design
- You received the wrong size or the wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. No need to ship the original back.
Wrong address
If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can reship it once you send us the corrected address. Reshipping costs may apply.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but you do not have it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still does not turn up within 7 days, contact us and we will sort it out.
